► Make the cloth for seaming flat and put it underneath.Fix both ends by adhesive tape or something else.
► The overlap width of the two pieces is about 3-mm, the width of the nozzle of hot seaming machine.
► Put the machine nozzle between two overlap pieces.The press-wheel should be at left side of nozzle.The nozzle also need align with side of upper piece of cloth.
► Switch on the motor power and then adjust speed.
► Turn on the movement switch.
► Press heating power key to adjust temperature.
► Turn the bar by anticlockwise to fix the position to startup automatic movement.The machine will go along with the overlap path by itself.
► Turn the bar by clockwise to cease the automatic work.
► The operator should control the moving direction and make sure the nozzle connect both with upper and under piece of cloth
Moving,Dismantlement,Installation,Cleaning:
► Any part of this machine being bumped of fallen can cause some damage impossible to be repaired.So please pay attention to carry it.It is suggested to move the machine by manpower and put it down carefully
► The place for installation must be flat and the floor is strong enough to support the machine and moreover, the installation place should close to power supply
► Please check if there is damage or missed parts after unpack the machine.Any problem, please contact us or the local agent immediately
► Please sweep away the anti-rust oil from the machine with detergent and re-lubricate with light lubricating oil after installation
